We’re allowing brands to create an owned community channel. You can bring in your customers, fans and/or employees, and we help you reach out to them. In contrast, if you use platforms like Instagram, TikTok or Facebook to build communities, you don’t own the relationships with your customers and you can be (unexpectedly and heavily) impacted by platform changes to ad pricing, user interface or policies.
1. Define Revenue Program
Together we’ll define the audience you want to target. Based on that, we’ll deliver a success formula for the program concept, covering your customer journeys. You can choose to move to the ‘build’ phase.

Using the success formula, we’ll build the program, integrate with your infrastructure/ providers and prepare launch. You can choose to run the program yourself or let us take care of that.

We can run the program for you completely, or just fill in (temporary) gaps and deliver program management, campaigns, customer service, fulfilment, reward management, gifts or automations.
